2020 Career Fair Registration

Welcome to the Hampton University 2019 Spring Career Fair Registration! The Career Fair is a great way for organizations to connect with students and alumni.

All registered employers will be featured in the Career Fair Profile Book and provided an 8’x6” booth, 1 table, and 2 chairs. There is room to accommodate a 7”x 44” company sign. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for all registered representatives. Breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch is available at either 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM, until 2:00 PM.


All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). A credit card payment may be made at the time of registration (online) or called in to the Career Center office at 757-727-5331. Checks are also accepted. Please make checks payable to: Hampton University Career Center.

All payments must be made on or before the career fair date of February 4, 2020.

Career Fair Participants

During registration, please indicate the total number of representatives that will attend the career fair. On the day of the career fair, each representative will be required to sign in before entering the Career Fair. After the fair, all signatures will be counted to determine final costs. If there are more representatives in attendance than registered, an updated invoice will be issued.

Refunds/No Shows/Late Payments

Refunds requested on or before January 6, 2020 will receive a full refund.
Refunds requested after January 7, 2020 will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
Refunds requested after January 24, 2020 will result in no refund. This includes "No Shows".

Any employer who registers and does not attend the Career Fair, without notifying the Career Center prior to the fair, will be charged the cost of a booth, food, an employer sign, and other administrative fees.

Network Connection

Employers who need internet access will have to provide their own laptop computer with wireless network capability. Anti-virus software with up-to-date virus definitions must be installed and active.

Advertising Options

Your company profile will be featured in the Career Fair Profile Book, if a profile is provided, when you register. A good way for students and alumni to become familiar with your brand is to include an advertisement in our Profile Book. We accept full page (Black and White) ads. You can reserve your advertisement space by selecting the appropriate option in the "Registration Options" area in the registration form below. If you are purchasing advertising space, please contact us at 757-727-5331 after you complete the registration form.


Please ship your Career Fair materials so they arrive no later than the day before the fair. Your materials will be delivered to a designated area for retrieval on the day of the event. Please make sure your company name is clearly visible on each item shipped. Materials should be shipped to the following address:

Employers are responsible for packaging and arranging pickup remaining materials. All labeled and repackaged materials will be placed in a designated area for pickup.

On-campus parking is directed by Hampton University Police. Employers may setup as early as 8:00 AM.
